In large bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients and mix well. In
another bowl, blend the melted butter, stock and paprika. Add the
cheese mixture to this melted butter mix. Stir Well. Put
into a serving bowl and refrigerated for 6 hours or more. Serve
with crackers or vegetables.

Yarmouth, which
was a landmark on Cape Cod for many years. It is no longer
there.
